Trojans picked by media to finish sixth
Pac-10 beat writers picked USC’s men’s basketball team to finish sixth in the conference, the Pac-10 announced on Thursday as part of its annual “Media Day” festivities. UCLA received 33 of 34 first-place votes and finished in first place in the media poll, while Washington State received the remaining first-place vote and came in second in polling. Oregon, Arizona, and Stanford also placed higher than the Trojans.
National media will get a chance to weigh in on the Trojans when the preseason AP rankings are revealed next Monday.

If Cal, with their talent, is 7th in the Pac, this conference had better get 7 teams in the tourney, east-coast-bias or not. This league is STACKED.
