NCAA investigation of Bush moves forward

The Los Angeles Times and Associated Press are reporting that one of the sports marketers who allegedly made payments to running back Reggie Bush while he was playing for USC has agreed to meet with NCAA investigators and will provide documentation of the financial transactions, which–if true–would violate NCAA rules. Lloyd Lake, the marketer in question, is also seeking to file a civil lawsuit against Bush and his family. Neither Bush nor USC would comment about Lake, but Bush has denied all wrongdoing in the past.
