Taj Gibson scouting report

Hoopsvibe draft analyst Lance Walton has posted a scouting report on Trojan sophomore forward Taj Gibson. Walton compares Gibson to Drew Gooden, and says that despite his relatively small (6’9″, 220 pounds) size, he is capable of playing against the top power forwards in college. In the “cons” column, Walton again lists Gibson’s small size, saying that it won’t get him far in the NBA, and that at 22 years old, Gibson’s upside (physically) may be limited.

  1. I’m sure most people assume that Taj is gone after this year, but given those physical limitations, I’d love it if he were to come back for at least one more year to really develop his low post moves and get crafty this his frame.
