Rivals.com has also announced their first 2008 football recruiting rankings recently (again, seven months prior to signing day!), and USC finds itself ranked 7th on this list. They don’t have to look far to find the current #1 team: UCLA, a school that Rivals lauds for recruiting well in its home state. Of course, they don’t exactly have the national pull that a USC does. Interestingly, one team you won’t find on their top 25 list is returning national champs Florida.
